资源简介:
Transcriptomics analysis offers a great potential in unraveling mechanisms underlie toxicological effects of environmental contaminants. Yellowtail kingfish (Seriola lalandi) is a fast-growing and temperate marine fish species widely distributing in the ocean all over the word. The farming practice showed that yellowtail kingfish juveniles were susceptible to infection with parasites such as blood fluke and sea lice, which caused massive death. Copper sulfate has been used as a therapeutic to reduce infections caused by parasites in fish culture, however, the use of copper sulfate in aquaculture to control ectoparasites has not been adequately addressed. Transcriptome sequencing analysis is mainly used to study the signal pathways involved in the tissues of yellowtail kingfish under copper exposure at the molecular level
