Supplementary material for: An automated confocal timelapse image analysis pipeline to investigate the dynamics of the cell cycle in developing Arabidopsis leaf epidermis

The .zip file contains the outputs of the code used for image processing. The .csv file contains 301 entries representing that many cells which were tracked across all timelapses, and each entry contains the associated G1 or M phase length (in hours) and the 21 entries are for low temperature (C), whilst the 28 entries are for high 28 deg C temperature.
