资源简介:
All electrophysiological data were collected from 21 adult male C57BL/6 mice under light isoflurane anesthesia (0.6–0.8%) at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. Extracellular signals were acquired using a tungsten microelectrode (KD-SC, Kedou) advanced vertically into the primary visual cortex (V1; coordinates from bregma: AP: -3.5 mm, ML: 2.5 mm). A combined amplifier (Model 1800, A-M Systems) and neural signal acquisition system (Cerebus, Blackrock Microsystems) were used, sampling raw signals at 30 kHz. Visual stimuli consisted of drifting sinusoidal gratings (100% contrast, optimized for each neuron's preferred orientation, spatial frequency, and temporal frequency) presented on a gamma-corrected LCD monitor (GX258F, IC; 54 × 32 cm, 1920 × 1080 resolution, 280 Hz refresh rate, mean luminance 20 cd/m²) positioned 27 cm from the mouse's dominant eye. Stimulus radius was systematically varied across 8 or more logarithmic steps ranging from 4° to 68°. Each stimulus size was presented in a block design: 3 s trial duration, 1 s inter-trial interval, repeated 10 times. A gray-screen baseline condition was also recorded. The dataset includes recordings from 201 visually responsive neurons. All analyses were performed using MATLAB R2021a; custom analysis scripts are available from the corresponding authors upon reasonable request.
