Gdansk Basin iGDGT OH-GDGT Holocene marine sediment cores

This deposit contains downcore isoGDGT (iGDGT) and OH-GDGT data from Holocene marine sediment cores sampled at the top 0–5 cm interval and then at ~10 cm spacing. The dataset includes (i) raw LC–MS integrated peak areas for individual iGDGTs, and (ii) derived semi-quantitative absolute concentrations normalized to the C46 standard and dry sediment mass. Where provided, fractional abundances (0–1) are calculated separately within compound classes using the denominators specified in the accompanying README. The workbook also includes a README tab and a separate README.txt file that describes column definitions, units, and conventions. Data formatting and metadata fields follow the GDGT reporting/archiving recommendations of Bijl et al. (2025).
