Data Collection: Export the monthly purchase details of the company's rayon fabrics from various purchasers across the country using the Inventory and Purchase Management System (Kingdee Supply Chain Cloud). 2. Data Processing: Take the purchaser number as the unique identifier to clean the data, remove invalid data and extreme values, etc. 3. Data Calculation & Processing: Calculate the number of days E between a purchaser's latest purchase and the end of the current month using the LOOKUP function; calculate the number of purchases D in the current month using the COUNTIF function; calculate the total purchase amount P in the current month using the SUMIF function. If the number of days between the latest purchase and the end of the current month is greater than or equal to the average purchase days of the month, the tiered value of E is set to 1; otherwise, it is set to 0. Similarly, calculate the tiered values of D and P respectively by comparing the number of purchases and total purchase amount with their respective averages. Then, classify purchasers into 8 tiers according to the EDP model tiering rules: Important Value Customers (EDP = 111), Important Retention Customers (EDP = 101), Important Development Customers (EDP = 011), Important Win-back Customers (EDP = 001), General Value Customers (EDP = 110), General Retention Customers (EDP = 100), General Development Customers (EDP = 010), and General Win-back Customers (EDP = 000). 4.
