DIAMA (DIAgnosis of Multridrug resistant tuberculosis in Africa)

Multicountry study of >3000 Mycobacterium tuberculosis samples collected in nine African countries (2017 - 2021) to evaluate different phenotypic and genotypic tools drug resistance detection. The project aims to improve rapid diagnosis and treatment of drug-resistant TB in low-ressources settings.
