Versioned derived analytical objects and code supporting a global diagnostic of public hourly weather-information support gaps for low-altitude services. The release reproduces the canonical 2024 screen, country-context sensitivities, definition-stability analyses, selected-case precipitation consistency checks and manuscript figures from released derived tables. Restricted raw third-party records are not redistributed.
