Éléments de géométrie algébrique (EGA): Canonical French and Standalone English Editions

EGA II printed p.33 / standalone-English R201 correction checkpoint. This same-concept successor maintains exactly two independent cumulative editions. The canonical diplomatic French reader and master are admitted through EGA II printed p.33 and include one direct-NUMDAM correction to already admitted EGA I. The independent standalone English EGA 0–IV source was rechecked sentence by sentence for p.33. French and English retain separate masters, sources, manifests, QA, and reversible ledgers; there is no bilingual, paired, parallel, side-by-side, interleaved, or combined reader. Printed p.33 completes the local homomorphisms lambda_f, their restriction compatibility, the induced global homomorphism 2.5.11.2, the ideal-product triangle 2.5.11.3, and the associativity diagram 2.5.11.4. The following assertion starts on p.34 and is not imported. The French append is 2,594 bytes with an exact truncation-and-suffix inverse. Direct NUMDAM EGA I printed p.121 reads unprimed g=(psi-prime,omega^b). The French source removes only the former spurious prime and preserves an exact F32 inverse. Append-only controls supersede the R44 g-prime cursor wording and the p.122 dummy-name seam note without editing their historical rows. The corrected 165-page French reader has three byte-identical fixed-source-date passes. The English p.33 correction names the local homomorphisms lambda_f as the maps inducing the global lambda, with an exact R200 inverse. The independent 1,345-page English reader was rebuilt in three byte-identical passes. English already used unprimed g at EGA I 4.1.9, so no additional English source edit was needed. The p.119 control clarification remains source-neutral. 03_INDEX.md is non-reader semantic metadata and does not join the two reading orders. This checkpoint is not completion of canonical French EGA 0–IV. Deligne, SGA, FAC, and GAGA remain outside scope. Earlier public versions and all 80 inherited files remain immutable historical evidence. After verified publication, the next French cursor is printed p.34.
