Female C57BL6J mice on a regular control diet or glutamine rich diet were implanted with NOOC1 cells subcutaneously. After tumours reached about 150 mm3 in size, mice were treated with PBS or 2.5 ug c di AMP intratumoural injection, twice per week for two weeks. TILs were harvested for Single-cell sequencing.
