This dataset contains the Global Positioning System interferometric reflectometry (GPS-IR) measurements of ground surface elevation changes and surface soil moisture within the layer of 0–5 cm depth during the day of year (DOY) 182–243 in 2018 and snow depth during DOY 112–156 in 2017 at a permafrost site in northeastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
At this site, an integrated weather station exists, which records soil moisture and ground temperature at various depths and other meteorological variables, e.g., precipitation and wind speed.
