Dataset for Optical response of channel waveguides in silicate glass created via ion implantation with optical barriers of varying thickness

Readme files with the method describtion are dirrectly in .zip files.

1) Simulation - New simulations are added in 112024.

2) mline - Data from m-line measurements were added, each files are name as glass_energy_laser.txt. First column is refractive index, second column is reflected intensity.

3) Photos - Photos from optical microscope + description of these lammelar pattern

4) Optical - Measurement of the optical absorption 

5) RBS - RBS measurement for 2MeV and 1.74MeV
