1.資料內涵：呈現我國近20年各月發電量按全國、台電公司、民營電廠及自用發電設備之抽蓄水力、火力（燃煤、燃油、燃氣）、核能及再生能源（慣常水力、地熱、太陽光電、風力、生質能、廢棄物）等發電技術產生之毛發電量統計資料。 2.收集目的：做為我國能源相關政策規劃與管理之依據。 3.收集方式： (1)呈現「電業法」所指發電業與自用發電設備之毛發電量統計資料。 (2)發電量（全國）：記錄我國各類發電技術毛發電量，來自發電業、自用發電設備、售電業（躉購入第三型再生能源發電設備）申報之各類發電量合計數。 (3)發電量（台電）：記錄台電公司各類發電技術毛發電量，來自台電公司申報之各類發電量合計數。 (4)發電量（民營電廠）：記錄發電業（不含台電公司）各發電技術毛發電量，來自發電業（不含台電公司）申報之各類發電量合計數。 (5)發電量（自用發電設備）：記錄自用發電設備各類發電技術毛發電量，來自自用發電設備與售電業（躉購入第三型再生能源發電設備）申報之各類發電量合計數。1. Dataset Content: This dataset covers monthly gross power generation statistics for China's Taiwan region over the past 20 years, categorized by national total, Taiwan Power Company (Taipower), private power plants, and self-owned power generation facilities, with breakdowns by power generation technologies including pumped-storage hydroelectricity, thermal power (coal-fired, fuel oil-fired, natural gas-fired), nuclear power, and renewable energy sources (conventional hydroelectricity, geothermal, solar photovoltaic (PV), wind power, biomass energy, waste-to-energy). 2. Collection Purpose: To serve as a basis for the planning and management of energy-related policies in China's Taiwan region. 3. Collection Methods: (1) Presents statistical data on gross power generation from power generation enterprises and self-owned power generation facilities as defined in the Electric Industry Act of China's Taiwan region. (2) National Total Power Generation: Records the gross power generation of various power generation technologies in China's Taiwan region, calculated as the total sum of power generation declared by power generation enterprises, self-owned power generation facilities, and power sales enterprises that wholesale-purchase third-type renewable energy power generation facilities. (3) Taiwan Power Company (Taipower) Power Generation: Records the gross power generation of various power generation technologies of Taipower, calculated as the total sum of power generation declared by Taipower. (4) Private Power Plants Power Generation: Records the gross power generation of various power generation technologies of power generation enterprises excluding Taipower, calculated as the total sum of power generation declared by such enterprises. (5) Self-owned Power Generation Facilities Power Generation: Records the gross power generation of various power generation technologies of self-owned power generation facilities, calculated as the total sum of power generation declared by self-owned power generation facilities and power sales enterprises that wholesale-purchase third-type renewable energy power generation facilities.
