A universal biventricular coordinate system incorporating valve annuli: Validation in congenital heart

This repository contains the dataset of the Tetralogy of Fallot biventricular atlas meshes used in the evaluation of CobivecoX. The files are provided for 481 instances as well as for the mean shape of the Tetralogy of Fallot atlas (meanTOF). The dataset is organized by instance of the atlas created. Each instance has its own directory containing the input files required (tetrahedral mesh, triangular surface files) to calculate the CobivecoX as well as the results containing the tetrahedral mesh with CobivecoX in a rotated and non-rotated version. All meshes have an average edge length of 0.45-0.35 mm.
