Dataset of 27 whole genome sequencing files (BAM), which cover 12 individuals out of which four suffer from COPD. From 9 individuals, there are sequencing data from blood and from lung brushings at one single site available, from another 3 there is additionally a lung brushing sequencing file from a second site available.
