Eurexpress

This digital transcriptome atlas, the Eurexpress atlas, consists of a searchable database of annotated images that can be interactively viewed. We generated anatomy-based expression profiles for over 18,000 coding genes and over 400 microRNAs. We identified 1,002 tissue-specific genes that are a source of novel tissue-specific markers for 37 different anatomical structures.本数字转录组图谱（Eurexpress图谱）由一个支持检索且可交互浏览的注释图像数据库组成。我们针对超过18000个编码基因与400余种微小RNA（microRNA）构建了基于解剖结构的表达谱。本研究共鉴定出1002个组织特异性基因，可为37种不同解剖结构提供新型组织特异性标记物。
