Isolation of Staphylococcus aureus from oral and nasal cavity of dental patients

To investigate the frequency of S. aureus existence in oral and nasal cavity, S. aureus isolates were collected from the dental patients. Using the genome data, MLST analysis, genome comparison and analysis of virulence factors were conducted.
