This project submission contains 18S rRNA and COI sequences library from the gut content of adult Sprattus sprattus, Clupea harengus and Gasterosteus aculeatus and the prey availability (WP2). Samples were collected in May 2022 and 2023 and October 2022 in the pelagic central Baltic Sea.
