Investigating genes that increase or decrease treatment efficacy of AG636 in MLL-AF9; KrasG12D (MN) AML cells. Overall design: MN cells were transduced with a custom CRISPR library, and treated with 100 nM or 250 nM AG636 for 10 days and 24 days. Enrichment or dropout analysis was performed.
