The purpose of this study is to explore the miRNA-mRNA regulation mechanism of WEA on fat composition of mutton sheep. 30 sheep were divided into two groups with 15 sheep in each.The two groups were basial diet with inclusion of water extract of Allium mongolicum Regel ( WEA) as WEA group and a basal diet without supplementation as CON group.Subcutaneous and perirenal adipose tissue samples were collected for miRNA/mRNA sequencing.
