该数据集合以医院历史病案首页数据为基础，结合相关病案首页填写规范、编码规则等，依托人工智能算法、大数据技术分析综合凝练获得。数据集合每新增或变更一个新的质控规则产生一个新的版本。其主要应用于病案首页填写质量监控，及时发现并提醒填写缺陷、编码错误等，有效提升病案首页填写质量，有效减少因首页编码错误导致医保结算亏损等。

This dataset is developed based on the historical first-page medical record data of hospitals, combined with relevant specifications for filling first-page medical records, coding rules and other related norms, and derived through comprehensive analysis and refinement using artificial intelligence algorithms and big data technologies. A new version of the dataset will be generated each time a new quality control rule is added or modified. It is mainly applied to the quality monitoring of first-page medical record filling, which can timely detect and remind users of filling defects, coding errors and other issues, effectively improving the quality of first-page medical record filling and reducing losses in medical insurance settlement caused by incorrect coding on the first page of medical records.
