The dataset, "Raw Data_Factors Influencing College Students’ Intention to Use ChatGPT in Language Learning", was collected from undergraduate students at three universities using Questionnaire Star (www.wjx.cn) between September and December 2024. After excluding invalid responses based on attention checks and response time, 620 valid questionnaires were analyzed. The study measured key variables from the extended UTAUT2 model, including performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, price value, attitude, intention to use, use behavior, and habit, to examine their effects on ChatGPT usage behavior in the context of language learning. This dataset provides valuable insights into the psychological and behavioral mechanisms underlying college students’ adoption and usage of AI-based tools for educational purposes.
