资源简介:
Objective To construct a Behavioural and Social Drivers (BeSD) tool to measure parents' behavioural and social drivers of rotavirus vaccination for children, and to test its reliability and validity. Methods A tool was constructed to investigate rotavirus vaccination behavior and social drivers of children's parents based on WHO's BeSD questionnaire. A questionnaire survey was conducted among parents of children aged 0-3 in vaccination clinics of 15 community health service centers in Nanjing, Jiangsu, Yuhuan and Kaihua counties, Zhejiang, Anqing, Anhui and Yangpu District of Shanghai. Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used to analyze the reliability (internal consistency reliability and combination reliability) and validity (structural validity, convergence validity and discriminative validity) of the questionnaire. Results A total of 850 questionnaires were collected, of which 614 were valid, with an effective rate of 72.2%. The rotavirus vaccine BeSD questionnaire contained 24 items, and the exploratory factor analysis extracted 5 common factors, including the idea of vaccine, confidence in vaccine, social process of vaccination, motivation for vaccination, and practical problems of vaccination. The cumulative variance contribution rate reached 56.27%. The average variance extracted value (AVE) of each dimension is greater than 0.50. The AVE square root of each dimension of the questionnaire is greater than its correlation coefficient. The Cronbach's α coefficient of the total questionnaire was 0.79.Conclusion The BeSD tool of rotavirus vaccine for parents of children constructed in this study has good reliability and validity, and can be used to measure the behavioral and social drivers of rotavirus vaccine for children by parents.
