资源简介:
To investigated the mechanism underlying the therapeutic effects of berberine in the vasculature in hypertension, we performed systematical analyses on the expression profiles of message RNAs (mRNAs) and long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) in the aortae from Ang Ⅱ-induced hypertensive mice with or without berberine treatment. The animals were divided to the following three group (3 mice per group): (ⅰ) C57BL/6J as vehicle group; (ⅱ) Ang II infused C57BL/6J (1000μg/kg/24h) with oral berberine treatment (100mg/kg/d) (Ang Ⅱ+ Berberine); (ⅲ) Ang II infused C57BL/6J without oral berberine treatment (Ang Ⅱ).
