The project consists of two pieces of information, a questionnaire (including a math questionnaire and a physical education and health questionnaire) and a collection of raw data from the monitored subjects, including answers to the math questionnaire, the physical education and health questionnaire, and the math test scores. The questionnaire and the math test questions (out of 100 points, 80 minutes of response time) were prepared and administered by experts organized by the Fangshan District Education Quality Monitoring Center. The survey was divided into four stages, the first stage organizing the eighth grade students of junior high schools in the whole district to do the math test questions, the second stage organizing the eighth grade students of junior high schools in the whole district to answer the questions in the questionnaire, the third stage organizing the experts to grade the students' answers to the math test, and the fourth stage combining the information of the students' questionnaire and the data of the math test, to form the raw data of the monitored subjects.
