MINEVOL v1.0, record A: first-interval open-pit excavation per mining polygon, SRTM (2000) to the Copernicus DEM

Primary record of MINEVOL v1.0. MINEVOL measures open-pit mine excavation by differencing global elevation surfaces inside the Maus et al. (2022) v2 mining polygons. This record holds the first interval, SRTM (2000) to the Copernicus DEM (about 2011–2014): 44,904 polygons, with a 1σ uncertainty and quality columns, and the per-tile error model. The second interval, the commodity attribution, the geometry and the code are in four companion records, each under the license its sources require (see README.md).
