This record contains the de-identified analytical dataset and Python analysis scripts supporting the manuscript "Key factors and temporal stability of severe laboratory accidents in Chinese universities and research institutes". The package includes the supplementary analytical dataset with variable codebook, the analysis input dataset, and scripts used to reproduce the main statistical analysis, robustness checks, adjusted predicted probabilities, scenario-combination analysis, temporal-stability analysis and counterfactual scenario analysis.
