资源简介:

These are spectral data obtained through FTIR analysis of charcoal fragments. The filenames are set up as follows:
"Abbreviation of the site name"_"Corenumber"_"Depth interval"_"Charcoal fragment number" The abbreviations of the site names are:
AMA, for Amacayacu. CC, for Cocha Cashu. Gig, for Gigante. LA, for Los Amigos. Y, for Yasuni. Teotonio is not abbreviated, so samples from this site start with "Teotonio". All samples from Yasuni have an additional number within their abbreviation. This number stands for the location within the Yasuni area, since samples were taken from multiple different sites. This is only the case for Yasuni, since the other sample sites had their samples taken within a single area. The data found in the .csv files are absorbance values obtained through FTIR analysis. Each .csv file represents one charcoal fragment from a certain site, core and depth that was exposed to infrared light (IR) at a range of wavenumbers between 900λ to 3500λ. Wavenumbers are the amount of waves of light that occur per centimeter. For each wavenumber, the absorbance of the IR-light by the charcoal fragment is measured and noted down.
