We use multi-dimensional genomic analysis using mouse resistant BCCs to identify a non-canonical hedgehog activation pathway driven by the transcription factor, serum response factor (SRF). RNA and whole exome sequencing of mouse sensitive and resistant basal cell carcinoma tumors. Additional samples include RNA-seq from ASZ001 resistant BCC cells treated with Vismodegib (Vismo), CCG-1423 (CCG), or vehicle control. Each treatmet contains triplicate samples sequenced using paired-end primers (2X75).
