Research data for: "Personality traits, self-control, and sales promotions as determinants of impulse buying"
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains raw, anonymized survey data from 270 participants (aged 16–51) who completed measures related to impulse buying behavior. The dataset includes demographic variables (age, gender), type of sales promotion scenario (monetary–immediate, monetary–delayed, non-monetary–immediate, non-monetary–delayed), personality traits, consumer self-control, and impulse buying scores. Personality traits were assessed using the 60-item NEO Five-Factor Inventory (NEO-FFI), consumer self-control was measured with the 10-item Consumer Spending Self-Control Scale (CSSC), and impulse buying was assessed with a scenario-based Likert-scale item. For analysis, personality traits (neuroticism, extraversion, openness, agreeableness, conscientiousness) and self-control scores were categorized into three levels (low, medium, high). The dataset is provided in Excel format.
