KAZF55: Female-Specific Structural MRI Template and Probabilistic Atlas for the Kazakh Population

KAZF55 is a female-specific T1-weighted structural MRI template developed from structural scans of 55 cognitively healthy Kazakh women aged 25–77 years. The atlas was constructed using bias-field correction, SynthSR-based 1 mm harmonization, percentile intensity normalization, and iterative ANTs SyN template construction. This release contains the final 1 mm isotropic KAZF55 T1-weighted template, a binary brain mask, a maximum-probability anatomical map, 18 structure-wise probability maps, and affine and nonlinear transforms between KAZF55 and MNI152 ICBM 2009c space. The release contains group-level atlas resources only. No individual participant MRI data are included. KAZF55 was developed as a population- and sex-specific structural reference for neuroimaging research involving Kazakh and Central Asian populations. The accompanying manuscript evaluates registration behavior relative to MNI152 and CN200 and assesses standard-space and parcellation compatibility. Version: 1.0.0.
