PCA-n2v raw data

Raw data for PCA-n2v. The following files are included: algae_test.npz : reduced dataset for the example implementation of PCA-n2v. Alga_raw.npz : full microalgae dataset, of size (1024, 1024, 189) here as a matrix of dimensions (1024*1024, 189). gt_stack.npz : groud truth dataset of size (512, 512, 100) here as a matrix of dimensions (512*512, 100). simulated_stack.npz : simulated stack created from sampling the ground truth dataset of size (512, 512, 100) here as a matrix of dimensions (512*512, 100). PCA-n2v-main.zip : Source code and implementation of PCA-n2v.
