Building Height Limits

__IMPORTANT NOTE:__ This dataset is based on the _Development Act 1993_ zones and is now superseded by the Building Height datasets (found in [Planning and Design Code Variations][id]) under the _Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016_.\r\n\r\nBuilding Height Limits shows the maximum building heights permitted under individual council Development Plans in areas with potential for medium to high density residential development.
