This dataset contains all case acceptance information of Qingyuan City from 2020 to the present. The data includes information such as case number, application serial number and basic code. It aggregates case acceptance data from the city's "One-door, One-network Comprehensive Acceptance and Collaborative Dispatch Platform" as well as provincial-level returned case acceptance data. The data is collected in accordance with the *GDZW 0013-2020 Specification for Collection of Case Process Data of Guangdong Government Service Network*, and relevant data descriptions shall refer to this specification.
