NbS OOIR Coding Dataset: Claimed but Not Measured — Resilience Indicators in Urban Nature-Based Solutions (n = 97)

This dataset contains the OOIR (Output–Outcome–Impact–Resilience) coding of 44 peer-reviewed sources on urban nature-based solutions (NbS) published between 2015 and 2025. Each source is coded for OOIR classification level, resilience claim, indicator dimension, NbS type, and source type. The dataset accompanies the manuscript "Claimed but Not Measured: Resilience Indicators in Urban Nature-Based Solutions." Coding reliability: Cohen's kappa = 1.00 for both OOIR classification and resilience claim (independent second coding, n = 11 subsample).
