国际多种传染病流行本底数据库

检索并抓取国家卫生健康委员会、国家疾病预防控制中心、世界卫生组织、美国疾病预防控制中心、欧盟疾病预防控制中心、OUR WOULD IN DATA等多家机构、组织、网站的传染病相关数据，经标准化后，形成覆盖1949-2021年间219个国家/地区共计79种主要传染病涉及发病率、死亡率、病死率等多项指标的国际多种传染病（新冠肺炎为主）流行本底数据库。

Data related to infectious diseases were retrieved and collected from multiple institutions, organizations and websites including the National Health Commission, Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention (China CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (US CDC), European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC), and Our World in Data, among others. After standardized processing, an international multi-infectious disease epidemiological baseline database with COVID-19 as the primary focus was developed. This database covers 219 countries and regions spanning from 1949 to 2021, encompasses a total of 79 major infectious diseases, and includes multiple indicators such as incidence rate, mortality rate, and case fatality rate.
