Preferred leadership styles at work among Gen Z Indonesia 2024

According to a survey conducted in Indonesia in February 2024, around 87 percent of Generation Z respondents preferred leaders who are fair to all team members. Additionally, about 77 percent of survey participants favored leaders who are responsible.
