Galleria mellonella is a Lepidopteran pest insect infesting the honeycombs, and the last instar larva of the insect is also a valuable model organism for evaluating drug efficacy, pathogenicity of infectious agents, and environmentally sound chemical insecticides. Levamisole is an anthelmintic drug that is used for the treatment of parasitic infections in animals. In this study, we investigated the oxidative and genotoxic effects of dietary levamisole on the hemolymph of the G. mellonella last instars to evaluate levamisole as an alternative chemical for traditional insecticides. In this context, first instar larvae were reared up to the last instars in artificial diets containing levamisole (w/w) and a control diet without levamisole. #### Description of the data and file structure
We have submitted our raw data (**Raw ANOVA.csv**). It contains experimental repeats in columns B, C, D, E, and experimental groups including control, 0.001, 0.01, 0.1% concentrations of levamisole in column A (control, l1, l2, l3, respectively). We also provided outputs of Least Significant Difference(LSD) tests of means related antioxidant enzyme activities (**Catalase anova.pdf; GPx anova.pdf; GST anova.pdf; SOD anova.pdf**), oxidative parameteres (**MDA anova.pdf; PCO anova.pdf**), and genotoxic parameters (**tail length anova.pdf; tail moment anova.pdf; % tail DNA anova.pdf**).Â
