In order to study the effects of norethisterone (NET) on Oryzias melastigma juveniles, the transcriptome of O. melastigma juveniles exposed to NET for 24 hours was sequenced.In this study, RNA-sequencing of medaka juveniles exposed to NET will help to understand the effects of progesterone on the development of aquatic organisms, and provide data and basis for the development of biomarkers of NET.
