The X-ray spectral analysis of Compton thick comma having intrinsic obscuration NH>1E24 cmelev-2closePar AGN is key to understand the physics of the obscuring material surrounding accreting supermassive black holes. We propose to target with a combined NuSTAR-XMM-Newton observation two candidate CT-AGN selected from the BAT 100-month survey. Thanks to the excellent count statistics comma we will be able to constrain several spectral parameters openPare.g. comma relative importance of the scattered component versus the direct one comma geometry of the obscuring torus comma equivalent width of the Iron emission lineclosePar. This analysis will refine our knowledge of the selection function of CT-AGN comma therefore helping us in determine the true intrinsic fraction of CT-AGN in the local Universe.
