Transcriptomic analysis of mouse aortas from NFATc3 flox mice and VSMC-specific NFATc3 knockout mice with BAPN treatment

In this study, we aim to investigate the role of vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC) NFATc3 in the development of AAD and establish NFATc3 as a novel target to treat AAD. We used VSMC-specific NFATc3 knockout mice in AAD model of BAPN treatment. The molecular mechanisms underlying NFATc3 function were investigated using RNA-seq analysis on aortas with BAPN treatment. Overall design: RNA-seq of aortas from NFATc3 flox mice and VSMC-specific NFATc3 knockout mice treated with BAPN.
