Transcriptome data of red pericarp and overexpression of LcMYB1 red hairy root in 'Zaoli No. 1' litchi

The red hairy roots of 'Zaoli No. 1' were obtained using Agrobacterium fermentum-mediated LcMYB1 transformation. The 'Zaoli No. 1' overexpressing LcMYB1 red hairy root sample was named A, and the three biological replicates were named A1, A2, and A3, respectively; the 'Zaoli No. 1' red pericarp sample was named B, and the three biological replicates were named B1, The transcriptome data of the above samples were analyzed to analyze the differences in gene expression at the transcriptome level.
