Posttranscriptional control of Ccl2 in stromal cells by IMP2 is required to permit IL-17-driven progression of EAE pathogenesis. Using an optimized data analysis workflow, we mapped about 40 million sequence reads per sample to the mouse genome (build mm10) and identified potential differentially regulated transcripts in the lymph nodes of EAE Imp2 KO mice (n=3) compared to EAE WT mice (n=3) with an absolute fold change ≥1.5, p value <0.05 and RPKM in WT mice >1. Altered expression of potential genes was confirmed with qRT–PCR. Imp2 WT and KO mice were subjected to EAE. Inguinal Lymph nodes were harvested at Day 7. RNA was extracted with tryzol and subjected to RNA-seq using illumina Plateform
