Improved genome sequencing of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, Rhizophagus clarus HR1. Rhizophagus clarus strain:HR1

The arbuscular mycorrhizal symbiosis between fungi and plants involves most of the known plant species. We already opened a nuclear genome of the symbiont fungi, Rhizophagus clarus HR1, but it was still in a draft level. To gain more fine-scale genome of R. clarus, we performed new de novo sequencing with PacBio and Illumina sequencers. This genome data contains not only the nuclear sequence but also a complete sequence of mitochondrial DNA.
