Study of the assoication between perennial ryegrass and Epichloe festucae. Epichloe

This study aims at understanding the bases of the association between perennial ryegrass and Epichloe festucae. Three mutants of Epichloe were generated (Δnoxa, ΔproA, ΔsakA). These mutants show a switch from mutualsim to pathogenism (symbiotic mutants). The data presented here correspond to the RNA-Seq of these three mutants in planta (plant and fungus data), wild type inoculated plants and mock inoculated plants (negative control).
