upplementary Data for Benthic Diatoms Study, Iraq and R script

This deposit contains supplementary materials for the manuscript titled “Benthic Diatoms as Indicators of River Restoration Success”, submitted to Web Ecology. The Excel file includes water quality parameters and Diatom Index of Biotic Integrity (DIBI) scores collected from restored and unrestored sites along the Shatt Al-Hillah River, Iraq. The accompanying R script provides reproducible code for statistical analyses including ANOVA, PCA, and boxplots used in the study. These resources support transparency and reproducibility of ecological assessments in semi-arid river systems.
