Dataset and analysis code for: Peer violence outweighs other childhood adversities in explaining ICD-11 complex PTSD symptoms among Mexican university students

De-identified participant-level dataset (N = 289) and full analysis code for the manuscript "Peer violence outweighs other childhood adversities in explaining ICD-11 complex PTSD symptoms among Mexican university students: a cross-sectional study" (submitted to Trends in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy). Cross-sectional survey of university students at a public campus in Ciudad Guzmán, Jalisco, Mexico, using the Mexican ACE International Questionnaire (ACE-IQ-MX), the International Trauma Questionnaire (ITQ, Mexican validation), and a 26-item Mexican perceived social support scale. Ethics approval: Research Ethics Committee, Centro Universitario del Sur, Universidad de Guadalajara (ruling CEI/160/2026, approved January 20, 2026). Files: analytic dataset (CSV, 289 rows x 19 variables), scoring pipeline, analysis scripts (R and Python) reproducing all results, tables and the figure of the manuscript, and a README with a complete codebook and scoring documentation. Access: files are under restricted access because the dataset contains sensitive mental-health variables collected in a single-campus sample. Access requests are reviewed by the corresponding author ([e-mail]) and granted for research purposes consistent with the terms of the ethics approval and participant consent.
