This series consists of a volume listing the lithographed plans received and disposed of at Nhill. For those received the details given are the date, the number received, the plan number, the price and the amount. For those disposed of the details given are the date, the name of the plan, the price, the number sold, the amount and the number used in the office. Many of the plans were of Mallee lands. Loose papers in the volume give an auctioneers report of a sale of land by public auction at Dimboola and copies of reports sent to the Department of Crown Lands and Survey in Melbourne.
