资源简介:
针对气象海洋卫星空间辐射基准一致性传递技术中对地面目标大尺度、多能级、高精准的需求,获取全球范围内大面积、宽光谱、宽动态范围的稳定目标场57个,构建了全球稳定目标特性数据库,每个场地具备基础地理信息、均匀性、地表光谱反射和方向特性、大气特性等数据,为气象海洋卫星相对辐射定标技术、空间精准匹配、多能级目标耦合等提供高质量、高精准的全球稳定目标基础数据集。
To address the requirements for large-scale, multi-level, high-precision ground targets in the spatial radiation reference consistency transfer technology for meteorological and oceanographic satellites, 57 stable target sites with large coverage area, wide spectrum and wide dynamic range were acquired globally. A global stable target characteristic database was constructed, where each site stores data including basic geographic information, spatial uniformity, surface spectral reflectance and directional properties, and atmospheric characteristics. This foundational global stable target dataset provides high-quality, high-precision data support for technologies such as relative radiometric calibration of meteorological and oceanographic satellites, spatial precise matching, and multi-level target coupling.
