Klebsiella pneumoniae Genome sequencing. Klebsiella pneumoniae

This is a community-derived Klebsiella pneumoniae strain from Northeast China, which caused liver abscess and lung abscess in patients for a short time. This bacterium was isolated from the pus of a liver abscess, and the drug susceptibility test indicated that it was an ESBL-producing Klebsiella pneumoniae. We used whole gene sequencing to prove that it carries high virulence genes and drug resistance genes.
