海南行政单位档案电子化管理系统

集成简化的著录、扫描、查阅等全流程档案电子化管理功能，离线部署，保护原件，单人单岗即可操作，成本低，部署快，可以无缝挂接海南电子档案系统（琼兰），作为各行政单位自有档案管理的补充模块，可以简化行政单位不移交到档案局的档案的电子管理工作，系统运行后，档案可以直接对接市县档案馆。

This system integrates simplified full-process digital archive management functions including cataloging, scanning, and retrieval. It supports offline deployment, preserves original physical archives, allows single-person per post operation, features low costs and fast deployment. It can be seamlessly integrated with the Hainan Electronic Archives System (Qionglan) as a supplementary module for the self-owned archive management of various administrative units, simplifying the digital management of archives that these units do not transfer to the local archives bureau. Upon system launch, the archived materials can be directly connected to municipal and county archives.
